Pending Signing of Conditions for Accreditation
The institution has completed the external evaluation for accreditation but is still to sign the general conditions agreement that the institution must adhere to. Accreditation status will be conferred only after all requirements have been satisfied and these conditions have been signed by the institution.

Institutions Pending Final Approval (Institutional Accreditation)
The institution has completed the evaluation process and submitted all required documentation. The application is under consideration by the ACTT’s Members of Council, whose final approval is required before the institution’s accreditation status can be confirmed.

Candidates for Institutional Accreditation
The institution that has been granted candidacy has simply demonstrated that it has met the minimum requirements to pursue institutional accreditation.  It must then undergo the full accreditation process, including self-assessment and external review to determine whether institutional accreditation status should be awarded. Candidacy therefore indicates the institution’s eligibility to be assessed against national standards for quality and excellence in education. Candidacy is not a status and does not imply accreditation.
