Providers of post secondary and tertiary/higher education must be registered in accordance with Act no 16 of 2004 to operate in Trinidad & Tobago. The Criteria for Registration provide the assurance that registered institutions meet or exceed the minimum standards required for quality provision of education and training. Institutions that satisfy ACTT’s requirements for registration will be granted approval to be placed on a Register of Post Secondary & Tertiary institutions to be maintained by the Ministry of Science, Technology & Tertiary Education. Registration is renewable annually.
